COMMITMENT
You can be RESPONSIBLE but not COMMITTED.

Let me ask you this question have you ever seen two brothers/sisters that look alike? Have you ever seen two identical twins?
Either yes or no if you don’t know them very well you have to choose A or B that is the issue with RESPONSIBILITY AND COMMITMENT.
When you are responsible you do every thing just because your boss or elderly one asked you to, you will never think of what to add all you are interested in is how the work or assignment will be done the way your boss or any one that asked you to do it.
When you are Committed you do every thing plus extra on what you are asked to do and you always think of what to add and how you can do it better.
Commitment is dieing for what you believe in or what you are working on.
Commitment is the elder brother of Responsibility.
